are all simple, easy, and FREE!
Computerslow.com uses a remote connection service provided by LogMeIn.com.
The connection software is highly secure and easy to install. The
connection software uses 256-bit SSL encryption for security and
automatically removes itself once the session is complete.
Once the connection is established between your computer and ComputerSlow.com,
we can control your computer, evaluate your problem, and give you
a free estimate.
After the estimate is approved and paid for our technician will
hang up the phone and do all of the work.
From your side, you will see our experienced technicians moving
your mouse and fixing your computer. You will still have complete
control of your computer and can stop the session or disconnect
at any time.
Once our technician is done, he will call you back to verify all
of your problems are fixed. The technician will then disconnect,
the software will automatically uninstall, and we will not be able
to connect to your computer until you start another session.
