Computerslow.com was founded by Brian Swain and Jerry Josar.  Brian and Jerry are owners of Tower House Computers, a very successful computer repair shop in St. Charles, MO. Brian and Jerry created ComputerSlow.com to expand their services to any person that has a high speed internet connection.

Are your technicians qualified to work on my computer?

Yes. We have over 20 years experience in the repair and building of IBM compatible computers. We have been fixing computers remotely for
several years.

How do you fix my computer or network remotely.

We use a well known remote connection software from LogMeIn.com. Connecting to your computer is as simple as going to a website and clicking a few buttons. Our technicians will walk you through every step of the way. Once connected, our technicians will do all of the work.

How long will the session take?

It really depends on what type of problem you have. Simple problems can be fixed in 5 minutes or less. Full PC Tune-Ups may take 4 to 6 hours.
